SS Ecoware (Amar Corporation) shall not be liable to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the performance or non-performance of any contract or order.
i. All prices quoted are made in good faith and reflect those ruling at the time of quotation. Final prices are subject to market fluctuations and will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
ii. Orders for smaller quantities or deliveries in non-standard installments may result in price adjustments or requotes at SS Ecoware's discretion.
iii. Unless otherwise specified, delivery charges are included in the quoted price. iv. If the cost of labour or materials increases, we reserve the right to adjust the price with 14 days' notice. Buyers may cancel the order up to 7 days before delivery in such cases.
